Job Description:
To actively and professionally manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and lead management to prospecting, setting appointments, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating and closing
To effectively meet (and exceed) sales targets.
To actively seek out new business opportunities.
To self-build, manage and maintain a pipeline of opportunities that is large enough to ensure achievement of quota and to ensure that all pipeline activity is accurately documented in the CRM system.
To provide timely response and exceptional levels of service to all customer inquiries
To create professional proposals, presentations, quotations, and other documentation, in line with relevant department procedures
To respond to RFIs, RFPs, and other requests for information in a timely and organized manner.
Responsibilities:

Good Knowledge of US tax terms 1099, W2, C2C is required.
Good Knowledge of various work Visas H1B, E3, OPT, CPT, TN, L1, L2 is required.

Requirements:
Strong network in place to call upon to open doors within or facilitate introductions in the Staffing Sector.
Experience working with larger corporate customers is desirable
Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal, and forecasting skills
Demonstrate outstanding networking capabilities and exhibit a professional demeanor and business maturity
Strong Customer Service, relationship development, and customer satisfaction skills
Strong ability to promptly manage and respond to numerous tasks, initiatives and to manage sales campaigns to completion while maintaining attention to the detail
Should have relevant experience of working in US Staffing industry
BA/B.Sc/MBA or equivalent
