The Executive Assistant will play a key role in helping keep logistics for our CEO and Executive Leadership Team day-to-day activities running smoothly. No two days will be alike, and you will have the opportunity to wear many hats each and every day. What You’ll Be Doing and the Impact You’ll Make:
Experience and understanding of the US Hiring process, including hiring US Citizens and Green Card Holders
Be a strong advocate of the Rightpoint culture and employment brand in the talent communities for your roles
Move candidates through the process from initial call through offer using our applicant tracking system (Jobvite). Understand candidate’s work history, skills overview, salary requirements, and initiate negotiations.
Explain to candidates essential Roles and Responsibilities and make sure to understand the key aspects of the role to explain and sell to the candidate.
Review, pre-screen, and interview candidates to determine match of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the full recruiting cycle (e.g., communicate status, answer questions, and coordinate all follow-up efforts), providing a world class experience from start to finish
Focus on driving a diverse candidate slate for opportunities, and develop a DEI strategy for candidate pipelines
Provide market research to support candidate and geographic profiling to guide recruiting in various locations
Partner with Practice Leadership Ensure consistent communication regarding recruiting efforts and prioritizing efforts based upon business demand
Develop and execute enhanced sourcing strategies including networking, leveraging LinkedIn, monitoring resume boards (ie. Indeed, Dice, LinkedIn), Slack/Community Engagement, and evaluating/participating in industry events (virtual).
Use social networks and research to build an internal database and recruit passive candidates.
What We’d Love to See
Corporate Recruiting experience supporting US Based companies, preferably in a consulting environment with heavy emphasis in working across a large breath of roles, including Technology and Design related roles.
Experience with Visa Classifications and H1 Transfers, and different employment Types like w2, Corp to Corp, 1099 an added plus.
Experience sourcing candidates; with proven track record of being creative with sourcing and ability to use tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Hired)
Use social networks and research to build an internal database and recruit passive candidates.
Identify potential candidates through job portals, referrals, forums, networking, and headhunting with minimum Turn-Around-Time.
Able to think on your feet, change course quickly and do multiple things at once. Often.
Equipped with an “ownership” mentality. You take pride in your personal brand.
Not afraid of some hard work. You leave it all on the field. Every. Single. Day.
Experience with ATS systems, Jobvite preferred
Ability to multi-task while being very organized
Self-directed and creative problem-solver
Fantastic written and oral communication
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential information
Other Skills and Experience Required
Must be comfortable in US Shifts.
Should be Excellent in verbal and written communication skills in English.
Must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Comfortable in coordinating with US Team, India team, and other Global teams as needed.
