Position: System and Network Support Engineer

Location: Kozhikode

Job Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

System and Network Support Engineer is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, supporting the complete IT infrastructure and IT assets, and making sure that the complete IT infrastructure is available, reliable, and secure to keep running the business flow.

Main job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the complete IT infrastructure and IT assets
• Actively monitor, update, maintain all aspects of IT resources
• Responding to technical support calls from users
• Diagnosing and fixing all IT-related problems
• Maintaining inventories of hardware and software
• Managing backups and restore

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering
• At least 3-4 years experience in IT operations and maintenance

• CCNA and MCSE Certification
• Knowledge of network, security, O365 Solutions, systems, and collaboration technologies
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Very good personality and social skill

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
