Responsibilities:

Conducted frequent meetings with the client, to gather information/requirements.

Worked with key stakeholders and carried out Research to set up standard operating process.

Supported managers with their daily activities, took responsibilities in their absence.

Queue Management according to the priority.

Conducted daily stand-up meetings

Performed the Root Cause Analysis assured the same is not repeated.

Helped Managers manager’s with relevant information to lead client’s escalation or at a time independently led escalation and gave effective resolutions to the client.

Implement project management practices including planning, execution, monitoring, change management

Strong organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills

Communication, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate

Responsible for Quality Assurance Quality Control of deliverables to Client.

Ensure deliveries are done on-time, within scope.

To Create Schedule & understand Dependency.

Monitoring and mentoring the newbies and sharing best practices with them.

Project Management Skills: Project Management, Project Planning, Stakeholder Management, Delivery Management, Execution, Prioritization, Requirement Elicitation, GAP Analysis, and Documentation.

Project Analysis / Business Analysis Skills: Requirement gathering & analysis, capacity planning and, conducting workshops & interacting with users, creating Activity diagrams & workflow, validation, sign-off, change management and Go-live.
