Key Responsibilities

Handling first line calls (Voice support)

Advanced knowledge in End User support

Advanced Skills on Desktop Administration

Basic skills on Office365 Administration

Basic Knowledge in DHCP, DNS, Active Directory etc.

Basic Knowledge in Server administration

Basic Knowledge in LAN, WAN, Wireless Networking

Liaising with the support teams in India & UK

Incident management awareness

Minimum Qualification and Experience

1-3 years of experience as System Administrator

Mandatory Skills

Experience in Windows Operating Systems

Experience in Troubleshooting.

Knowledge in Incident management.

Knowledge in any of the ticketing tools (eg:-Servicenow, Staffware etc)

Experience in Basic Server issues Troubleshooting.

Experience in Basic Network Troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, WLAN etc.)

Desired Skills

Advance skills on Windows Servers & Networking

Knowledge in Cloud Computing like Azure

Competency Requirement

Excellent communication (Written & Verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Should be a team player & Good Attitude.

Good time management skills.

Customer Oriented.

Should be a quick learner with an eye for detail.

Ability to prioritize work.
