Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and System Documentation:
Identifies requirements by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements, formats, and documents in the form of epics and user stories.
Recommends controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures and updating architectural documentation in partnership with the Tech Lead and Architects.
Improves systems by studying current practices, designing modifications in partnership with the Tech Lead
Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures in partnership with Tech Lead
Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users
Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
Collaboration and Consulting:
Participate in daily team meetings (“scrum meeting”) and collaborate with team members
Helps map out team-to-team dependencies and collaborates with capability teams accordingly
Assists in prioritizing backlog and is capable of prioritizing when a Product Owner is not immediately available
Provides technical support to a non-technical Product Owner and Capability owners
Coordinates the project resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Provides consultative support on business-led technology initiatives
Identifies opportunities for business-led delivery
Technical Expertise:
Understands the functional use of system to systems interfaces for Order Management, and customer invoicing data.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing, professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices participating in professional societies
Assist in the configuration, implementation, and business rollout of system changes
Partner with Solutions Architects and Technical Subject Matter experts to ensure viability of business processes within the system
Minimum Qualifications
4 years’ BA experience working in IFS ERP system on Order Management and Customer Invoicing
8 years of functional configuration of Order Management and Customer Invoicing in an ERP system
Experience capturing business requirements
Strong technical writing and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
Proficiency in SQL queries creation
Experience in Qtest test automation
Experience in Jira and Agile methodologies
Strong attention to detail
Ability to quickly learn new electronic information management systems
