Desktop Support Engineer L1.

Experience 1-2 Year.

Salary- upto 5Lacs.

Mon to Saturday, US shift and or rotational shifts.

Requirements: –

Remote desktop support to global staff (UK, South Africa, Spain, Australia, USA)

Good in English written and verbal communication.

Microsoft certifications will be an added advantage.

Job Profile: –

Provide first line support to end users remotely.

Monitor Email notifications, various monitoring portals and assign tickets to relevant support teams.

Manage users in Active Directory for creating users, resetting passwords, file and folder access and system boot issue.

Set up new hires with equipment’s and appropriate access to the company’s system

Understanding of Data backup, Windows updates, Group policy, Active directory, DNS, DHCP, Networking, Anti-Virus application, Wi-fi, printer setup, OS installation.
