Job location: Pune
Experience: 6+ years
Responsibilities:
Be the point of escalation, L3-4 support for the existing IT team as well as internal professional services.
Deal with crisis management for both internal matters and client facing topics.
Ensure that IT processes are being followed and tracked.
Ensure IT quality of services and SLA.
Ensure IT Security policies are enforced.
Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the IT services
organization.
Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s
internal capacity.
Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget.
Co-ordinate keep in touch with Vendors for systems etc.
Well-versed with IT Technology processes.
Understanding of Security measures step up when needed.
Be the point of escalation, L3 support for larger teams.
Should have a combination of Infrastructure and Client operations.
Work closely together with our customers partners act as the first point of contact for any questions / issues.
Troubleshoot, manage resolve all problems encountered with Operations or Infrastructure.
Skills :
Should have IT experience in large / medium firms for over 6 years.
Excellent communication skills.
Very strong, hand-on and broad IT Skills
Tools: CI CD, GIT, Ticketing tool, Azure DevOps
Scripting and others (good to have): Routing, Bash Shell, PowerShell, or Python
Systems: Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft 365 administration, Hyper-V, Active Directory
Web: IIS, Apache, Nginx
Network: Switching, VLAN, Firewalls, IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, DNS, DHCP
Mails: SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, O365
Security: x509 certificates, Vulnerability assessment and patching
Cloud: Azure, AWS
Database: MS SQL Server, MySQL, PSQL
Should be comfortable with both Individual contributor role Team management.
Problem solving attitude ability to connect with employees.
Should possess dedication ownership.
