Full Job Description
Responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of systems. Conducts root cause analysis and proactively identifies potential issues/problems; communicates concerns and solutions to Engineers, vendors and leadership.
Provide technical support and assistance to end users of RSM’s collaboration tools and voice systems. Monitors and responds to support tickets. Escalates issues to Engineers, vendors and leadership.
Reporting and analysis in relation to the usage of collaboration tools and voice systems.
Creates and updates knowledge articles and system documentation.
Other duties as assigned
