Rubrix Analytics is a venture with founders from IIT/IIM operating in the School (K12) Segment.We are looking for a IT Operations Executive who will act as a liaison between the our team and the client assisting in their day to day operations.We are a fast growing company and is expecting to groom the candidate for senior roles in the future.
We are eager to talk to you if you are committed, responsible and self motivated individual with a desire to acquire new knowledge and is looking for a demanding job with steep learning curve. The job will be based out of Ernakulam, Kerala. Only candidates living in Kerala and willing to move to Ernakulam need to apply. (Currently, we are working remotely.) Freshers may apply.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Understanding solutions offered by the company and their intricacies
Assist clients with their requests
Data handling and operations
Dashboard creation
Documentation
Willingness to travel to client sites
Required Skill Set:
Good team player
Keen attention to detail
Highly self-motivated and directed
Data entry
MS Office
Proficiency in excel
Good to have-
Strong English communication skills
Basic knowledge of MYSQL

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
