SA Technologies Inc. is hiring for Head/Sr. Manager Infrastrcutre in Pune, MH.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the organizations IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with the companys overall goals and objectives.
• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure, including data backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Manage and supervise a team of IT professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure IT infrastructure needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in IT infrastructure, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
• Develop and manage budgets for IT infrastructure projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and network systems.
• Experience with email services on O365, Google Workspace, and GoDaddy.
• Experience with Azure Cloud and Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of managing company assets, including software and hardware inventory, licensing, and maintenance.
• Ability to manage on-premise servers and network infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their best.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be experienced in ISO Certification and Security compliance.
