Requirement/Description:
Weighing the need of the business best practice, technical possibilities with Salesforce Sales and a view of the future should always be your guiding principle.

Examples of responsibilities in this role is to:
Evaluate business needs from a technical platform capability

Help define if the CRM is the right platform to develop the requested function

Advise the design tech team on directions to take and priorities

Keep a holistic overview of the IT landscape around CRM

Advice on future potential integrations

What we expect of you

You can translate business needs to technical requirements; to work in maximizing the technology and the business advantage. You have good understanding on industrial sales related processes. If you understand both Atlas Copco’s customers and the different divisions, it is a plus. You have or are on your way to receiving Salesforce Architect certification and bring a good know how on this CRM platform. Past experiences in development in different programming languages, database structure, and or other CRM solutions is highly valuable to this position. You also have good written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
