Responsibilities:
Generating leads and building client relationships. team members on client’s requirements.
Identifying and selecting top talent to build a diverse candidate pool.
Source candidates through online channels (job boards, internal database, and professional networks).
Managing the entire recruitment process from A to Z (both client and candidate side).
Assist in the recruitment and selection process including the job posting, screening resumes, and pre-screening candidates.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience – through regular and effective communications.

Self-starter: naturally take initiative and ownership
Excellent English, Dutch is a plus.
