Must Require:
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology

MBA degree in IT /Finance / Project Management (MBA in Chennai or Bangalore)

Good written, verbal communication skills and attention to details

Excellent organizational and technical skills

Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills

Good in MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Power Point

Must be staying in chennai or Bangalore

Good English-speaking fluency

Requirements

PMO Associate responsibilities:
Drive adherence to project management policies and processes

Track project budgets against actuals

Identify and escalate project risks for mitigation

Monitor projects for timely delivery

Get feedback on technology projects for continuous improvement

Review IT audit (infrastructure & business applications) observations & recommndations

received from internal & external IT auditors with local/central/regional IT teams and provide

appropriate management comments & timelines for addressing the same.

Regular review meetings with local/central/regional IT teams and ensure compliance by

remediating IT audit observations and implementing recommendations on the agreed timelines.

Engage with external technology vendors, understand latest technology platforms relevant for

the business with a view to implementing the same within the organisation

Preferred skills

Experience in using any PMO tool

Working in SAP, CTRM projects

Working experience in Agri commodity businesses
