Director Information Technology- India
We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Information Technology. The role will be a significant
partner to US IT Leadership and will be responsible for delivery against the company’s strategic
technology solutions roadmap. The Director must understand the real estate landscape from
both a technical solution and consumer viewpoint.
He should be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and experienced in application
development, solution delivery, and IT Operations.
Responsibilities:
Delivery of IT projects to market.
Ensuring that technology resources meet the company`s short and long-term needs.
Acting as a mentor to team members.
Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory and compliance standards.
Provides strategic direction and oversight for the full life cycle of design, development,
operation and support of IT systems.
Works with HR and the IT leadership team to develop and execute workforce plans that
supply skilled resources to meet current and future demand.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or master`s degree in computer science, information systems,
engineering, related field or equivalent work experience.
10 or more years working in a technological role.
10 or more years of managerial experience in a global operation.
Western Company collaboration experience.
Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with technology.
Cloud Software Development a must.
Exceptional team management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to delegate efficiently.
A deep passion for innovation and improving organization performance through the
application of immerging technologies and practices.
A strong desire to continually learn about new technologies.
Results oriented and metrics driven operational leader.
Work well under minimal supervision.
