Responsibilities:
Ensure overall uptime of the SaaS Service to meet the tight SLA commitments
Perform deployment activities using Automation and DevOps tools
Add Monitoring capability using DevOps and Cloud Monitoring tools. Monitor SaaS Service components and ensure uptime/availability
Ensure Security of the SaaS Service through hardening and pro-active identification and reduction of possible threat vectors
Active contribution to Compliance/Audit initiatives that guarantee conformance to high levels of Security standards/Quality standards of the SaaS Service

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer Science) is mandatory. Master’s degree is a plus
Prior Experience of Cloud Operations (4-8 years) at a leading Product company that provides large scale, distributed SaaS Service is mandatory
Deep expertise in at least one or more of the Cloud IaaS platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is mandatory
Scripting skills in Python and DevOps Automation frameworks (Terraform, Ansible) are mandatory
Familiarity with Container environments (for example Docker) and Orchestration platforms (such as Kubernetes) in a micro servicesdeployment architecture is highly desired
Cyber Security domain experience is highly desired. This includes understanding of Security threat landscape and mitigation approaches
