The Technical Support Executive will ideally possess 2~4 years of strong technical experience with Certified on CCNA, CCNP, MCP, MCSA, MCSE in the areas of Desktop, Laptop, Server, monitoring tools, ticketing tools.The candidate should have good attitude and Customer handling skill. Primary responsibility includes handling desktop, laptop and basic network issues at client end. Good verbal and written communication skills, good listening habit and patience in handing customer aggressiveness is important.
