Sanzar Futureteq Private Limited Looking for Customer Care Representative – IT & Antivirus Software at Mumbai, Maharashtra Full Time

Sanzar Futureteq Private Limited, is part of Sanzar Group, the official Distributor and exclusive online digital sales partner of Avast, AVG, CCleaner and HMA VPN digital security products.

Founded in 2016 – its business activities broadly cover; consumer IoT smart wearables, watches, wristbands, Eyewear, etc. Current focus is on distributing and selling digital security software to business and consumers across various channels – Online Retail, Offline Retail, etc.

Selected individual’s day-to-day job responsibilities include:

1. Providing anti-virus/IT tech support via – chat, phone, email, on remote desktop, and on-site (when appropriate).

2. Identifying and troubleshooting software and system issues/errors.

3. Responding to and resolving customer technical queries/complaints promptly within specified timelines.

4. Open and detail support cases in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) for new support issues reported on chat, live calls, and emails from customers.

5. Follow up with customers to ensure their queries/issues are resolved and ask for positive feedback/reviews on online stores.

6. Pre-Sales, Cold Calling and Lead Generation.

7. Inform customers about new products.

8. Provide support to marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer outreach programs.

9. Collect, log, and internally mobilize customer feedback to improve the service experience.

10. Staying updated on IT software products sold to our customers.

Qualification: Graduate

Min 1 year of customer service work experience required

Min 1 year of total work experience required

Key Skills:

· Good Communication skills in English with writing knowledge. Spoken proficiency in Hindi would be an advantage.

· Good Numerical Skills.

· Excellent computer operation knowledge.

· Polite and Patient with a problem-solving attitude, to tackle difficult service issues.

· Attention to detail.

· Ability to stay organized and prioritize day-to-day tasks to drive productivity and efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
