Roles & Responsibilities:
You are a key contact for all topics around ECS technology to ensure a smooth move to the cloud.

• Your passion is the implementation and migration of different solutions and technologies including the configuration and operation of the solution landscape with the newest technologies, products and innovations.
• The ECS P&PO architecture expert supports all critical and complex technical aspects of provisioning, upgrades and migrations of system landscapes in a ECS private cloud environment
• This role serves as L4 support for project leads in particular projects and is also customer facing
• Ability to work under pressure and constantly add value to customer and within the organization
• Collaborate with different teams from within the ECS organization and outside to ensure excellent customer satisfaction; this includes interfacing with customers
• steering partners / system integrators on operational level during onboarding projects
• Datacenter migration experience
• Experience in managing SAP release upgrades
• SAP technology – deep basis and hands on experience
• Profound IT backend technology experience
• being familiar working with hyperscalers ( AWS, Azure, GCP )
• experience in the former role of HEC LCTC
• Good knowledge in SPC procedures
• May be required to work on weekends, off-hours – flexibility is a must
• minimum 8 years of experience in managing/ running landscape provisioning, installation, migration and upgrades
• minimum 8 years of experience in customer facing role and should have excellent command on de-escalating critical situations.
