Summary :
As SAP Procurement Product Team, our mission is to provide the world’s leading cloud-based spend management solution, unifying the SAP Procurement portfolio across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba Applications & Business Network, and SAP Fieldglass.

To strengthen further our team, we are looking for Sr. Network Engineer

The Role :
Maintain and operate cloud network services infrastructure with focus on switching and routing

Configure and troubleshoot network technologies like BGP, OSPF, HSRP, VRRP, Routing Domains, VLANís, VxLAN, VRF, etc.

Implement network infrastructure automated tasks via Ansible, AWX and Python.

Work with a global team of network engineers maintaining & ensuring operational stability and continuous service improvement

Working with the F5 & Palo Alto vendor network technologies

Work with SAP’s engineering and architecture teams in order to provide operational expertise in concept development

Be part of an effective collaboration model, bringing together various teams and units that design, build and run core components of our cloud network Infrastructure Platform

Engage with broad range of suppliers, internal and external stakeholders and other groups and teams, owning the end-to-end operating model .

Role Requirements:
Understanding of cloud platform network infrastructure and operations, ideally with Arista and Cisco technology, F5 and Security Vendors (CP, PA) are useful.

Skills cross network technical discipline & vendors (Cisco, Arista) enterprise networking gear, ideally CISCO CCNP or equivalent

Technical skills in BGP, VPN, IPSEC

Network Security Skills are desired

GCP/AWS skills are preferred

Experience in on prem to cloud Migrations.

Experience in network automation in cloud environments is preferred

Soft skills: Abstract problem-solving skills, high level of commitment and reliability, good communication skills, self-sufficient working attitude and a real team player
