Designation: UI/UX Designer

Experience: 1-2 years

Skills/Competencies:

Design experience working in website design and mobile app layout design, graphic design, and branding materials.
Create user interfaces that are visually appealing and consistent with brand guidelines. Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively
Create interactive prototypes and iterate on designs based on feedback from team members and usability testing Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
To Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets, buttons.
Collaborate closely with senior designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design alignment with project goals and objectives.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools and technologies
Collaborate with the team to solve design challenges by considering user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
A team player with a positive can-do attitude.
Must be self-motivated and have excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficient knowledge is needed in:

Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
Graphic designing, Explainer videos, YouTube videos, etc.
Portfolio of design projects
Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and practices
Knowledge of wireframe tools and mock-ups (e.g., Invision)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new design trends and technologies.
