Roles & Responsibilities:
· Take ownership of customer issues
· Understand query and provide resolution
· Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams
· Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback
· Document knowledge as solution articles
· Master the use of a help desk software
· Handle and resolve general complaint
· Testing the application and solving
· Provide support during software product set up and train users on the application.
Skills Needed:
· Candidate must have an experience on HR tools
· Good at communication skills and verbal skills
· Must have an experience in Testing software’s.
Qualification:
· BTech, BCA, B Sc / B Com computers. Any person with QA knowledge will be preferred
