Senior Executive – IT

· Designation: -Sr. Executive-IT/Executive IT

· Experience: – 3-5 Years’ experience

· Applied Candidate: – Male only

· Qualification: Graduate (BE/B. Tech)/MCA

· Experience- minimum 2 Years

Location: Noida 62, Uttar Pradesh

Job Description / Responsibilities:

· Strong understanding about basic troubleshooting of common computer issues.

· Strong technical and analytical skills.

· Must have experience on resolving printer, Router and email issues.

· Develop IT infrastructure for the organization

· Support and resolve IT and systems related issues reported by employees

• Internet IP configuration

· Should have knowledge in Windows system

· Experience with System Installations, Hardware Upgrades, Application Installations on Windows platform

· Knack in troubleshooting problems related to hardware/software/networking.

· Handle inventory of all hardware/network/telecom equipment and software. Administer IT archives, software disks, manuals, documentation, back-up tapes and IT consumable supplies within the Office;

· Perform other functions that may be required

· Evaluate and recommend new technology as it relates to the end-user.
