Job Description: Business Development Executive
We at SBC Associates Pvt. Ltd. are hiring Business Development Executives – IT services / Software Sales to take over a mix of existing accounts and create new sales territory. To excel in this role, you should be dynamic and sales-target oriented, an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

Work from home set up requirement: Laptop / Desktop with steady electricity and internet connection at home is required.
Experience: 5+ years in IT Services / Software sales (MANDATORY REQUIREMENT)
Job Responsibilities:
· Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets.
· Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization.
· Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
· Meet with customers/clients face to face, over the phone, Google Meet or Zoom.
· Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
· Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
· Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
· Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively.
· Train members of your team, arranging external training whenever required.
· Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
· Liaise with the finance team, warehousing and logistics departments as appropriate.
· Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate.
· Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
· Create a sales pipeline. Negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases
· Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management/the board of directors
Requirements:
· Having more than 5 Years of Experience in Marketing & Sales of IT Services.
· Should have a knowledge/experience in bidding and proposal posting
· Must have good business analytical skills for client project requirements understanding,
· Strong communication skills written/verbal both.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
· Experience in international IT services sales would be an added advantage

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
