Role Accountability | . Partners with CIO to lead the technology infrastructure strategy and execution for the enterprise, supporting a highly successful and fast growing credit card business. . Provide leadership for delivery of 24/7 service operations and KPI compliance. Establish metrics, key performance indicators, and service level agreements to continually improve the performance of IT operations. . Hands-on technical depth enables direct oversight, problem-solving leadership and participation for complex infrastructure design, implementation, system upgrades and operational troubleshooting. . Ensure comprehensive disaster recovery architecture is maintained and operations are in place to ensure compliance with required RPOs and RTOs during business continuity events (emphasizing but not limited to Compute, Storage, Networks and DC Facility) . Build the strong IT Infrastructure Security roadmap and esnure deployment of IT security solutions to protetc the organizations critical assests from internal and external threats and provide semaless cutomer experiences on applications deployed in DC and DR environments. . Develops the Contact Centre Centralized Solution strategy to improve Go-To-Market timelines. Enables Customers Services to leverage the solution for having Third Party Sites for Outbound and Inbound Calls. . Build High Availability solution for Contact Centre Platform in DC / DR sites to maximize customer experience. . Spearhead the Implementation of IVR, ACD, Dialer, CTI, Multimedia, CRM Integrations, Customized Reporting, Recording, Quality management, Workforce Management solutions in Contact Centre platform . Planning, project management and implementation leadership, identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement. . Directs teams to identify IT Infrastructure related risks, support audits and ensure the compliances . Analyze technology trend and enterprise standards to develop infrastructure strategy, technology architecture and the IT operations governance process for agility and cost effectiveness. . Evaluates new technology and makes recommendations on technological solutions . Provide technical leadership to strengthen organization Network Security Posture . Develops the infrastructure technology management capabilities of the organization, managing and developing existing staff as well as recruitment. . Works closely with and manage strategic vendor partner relationships. . Works with Sourcing team to benchmark the IT Infrastructure costs, bring competitions and get the best deal . Participate in IT strategic planning, project planning and budget planning efforts. |
