Job Description
Managing the whole recruitment life cycle, ensuring recruitment needs are fulfilled in accordance with the given timeline.
Scouting for candidates through various Sourcing channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, specialized sites etc.)
Build an engagement plan to connect and follow up with candidates to ensure they are onboarded.
Build engaged talent pipelines for multiple requisitions with active and passive candidates which can sustain long-term hiring goals.
Requirements
An ideal candidate should have experience of hiring at all levels.
Strong written, and verbal communication skills.
Excellent experience in using various job boards, career portals, software & tools in recruitment
Abreast with different selection methods (interviews, assessments, assignments, etc)
