Help create a clear technology roadmap- plan a set of tools and services that will boost productivity by creating a seamless and intuitive user experience
Consolidate all the information and processes held within the organisation so that they have enhanced visibility of the business operations, whilst regaining control of the service desks and increasing collaboration between the teams
Assist with Developing a strategy that operates efficiently across multiple geographies and time zones
Assist with business case definitions
Make vs. buy decisions
Factor technology assets and the implications of shift left on the service and costs
Develop service and financial models based on industry and market trends
Assist with development of resource unit models
Identification, management and deliver of optimization projects to bring consistency across regions
Education:
University degree with focus on qualitative methods/ econometrics/ statistics/ mathematics / IT or related degree programs
Working Experience:
Ideal candidate will have consulting experience and experience with defining and executing to global strategies
Has strong techno-commercial background and ability to read, comprehend and redline contracts
Has implemented large scale global strategies
Ability to translate concepts into packages that executives can relate to
Ability to sell- garner support from executive leaders
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):
Requirements (NICE TO HAVE)
Ability to understand, speak and write in English
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report writing skills in front of senior managers.
