Qualifications

Knowledge of scaled agile framework, managed service model, and Domain Engineer roles and responsibilities. Knowledge of client OS, hw, sw, firmware, drivers, bios, etc. Client manageability, data analytics, and security knowledge / skills will be key to your success as a Client Domain Engineer – Systems. 7 to 10 years experience would be preferred.Thorough knowledge of Windows devices required and Chrome / Linux client preferred. Knowledge of Notebooks, desktops, and client Operating Systems.Windows Operating System deployment expertise using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) or Configuration Manager OS Deployment (OSD) or any other toolsWorking knowledge of standard client platform administration, configuration, rights management and file access.Knowledge of the Windows registry, interaction of drivers within the OS, and unattended/silent installs of Windows operating systems.Prior experience with enterprise-scale operating system upgrades of enterprise devices.Understanding of Active Directory and Group policy objects.Solid understanding of enterprise device management with Microsoft Endpoint Management tools like Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/MEM).Experience assisting with planning, creating and deploying security and device management policies.Experience deploying / supporting Windows devices with scripting (PowerShell/batch) and other automation methods for the installation of software / hardware.The ability to communicate with all levels of staff, verbally and in writing.A customer focused attitude is required.Effectively plan and collaborate with others.Present ideas and new designs to senior technical personnel / management.Thrive in a very fast paced environment.Must be able to set realistic deliverable dates for your work, and consistently deliver high quality work on time or early.Microsoft Azure/M365 certification and Windows experience particularly advantageous.Any experience with Windows Autopilot is a plus.

Working Model
