Job Description :

• Responsible for all ICT & ITES related assignments for including IT budgeting, IT Infra setup, IT Project Implementations, Maintaining and managing SAP ERP and other Application software, Automation of Processes, Strengthening MIS

• Responsible for all IT operations, helpdesk, Infrastructure development like data center

• Secure DR & LAN/WAN/P2P/VPN, application development, project management, Information security, business continuity & SAP DR setups

• Responsible for helping various business groups in enabling business re-engineering, cost reduction, revenue generation, team building, optimizing IT and to deliver best in class user experience

• Responsible for defining standards and implementation of various policies and procedures for system controls & system audit compliances as well GRC

• Evaluating, deploying and managing various technology solutions to solve business Problems and improve business processes to achieve best returns

• Responsible for smooth functioning of key technologies like VoIP, Video conferencing, IP surveillance, biometric and FRS attendance systems and E-enabled initiatives

• Supporting key operational and business development initiatives by enabling them with the use of effective Information technology tools

• Responsible for automation & integration certain processes from various PLC’s

/SCADA’s and DCS’s with SAP ERP to achieve real time data flow

• Supporting key business decision makers by providing solutions in corporate MIS/XIS, Dashboard reporting and competitor analysis

• Leading and guiding teams of SAP, Hardware, networking, email, database Administrators and developers to adopt & manage change management

• Coordination with vendors, horizontal & vertical relation in the organization for Managing over all IT service delivery, SLA compliance to ensure good levels of services to all end users, customers, partners and other stake holders of the business

• SAP Servers, CCTV & Other Servers UP time & Troubleshooting

• Maintaining and monitoring all SAP modules like FICO/MM/SD/PP/HR/ABAP/BASIS/QM

• SAP ERP, Designing and developing various programs on SAP ABAP platform

• Monitoring, Administration & Troubleshooting of SAP PROD DR Server (Data transfer, L2 VPN bandwidth, Server)

• Firewall management : – Rules define for department wise, Web Filter Policy, Application Filter policy, VPN Tunnel Management for users through SSL VPN

• Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Coordinating for ILL, MPLS VPN, L2 VPN with Service provider for Uninterrupted Service.

• Administration & Managing End Point Security for users in LAN/WAN, IP Surveillance System Setup, Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Managing & Maintaining Biometric & Scrum Attendance System including installations, Maintenance & Troubleshooting,

• Taking care of Failover of UPS for Data center to have secured and harmonic power supply.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹2,200,000.00 – ₹2,500,000.00 per year
