IT Recruiter Junior Executive
Job responsibilities
Organizing all communications with candidates and clients.
Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (English)
Organise and Schedule interviews with potential hires via email, phone, video, or in person.
Support the team with other responsibilities as required.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualification
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent multitasking skills
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be Proficient in English & Proficeincy in Hindi is considered as a competitive advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
