Job Description:

HTC Global is looking for an IT Project Manager who has 3-5 years of professional experience managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT projects.

Primary Duties:

• Manage projects through the entire project life cycle.
• Facilitate meetings that include stakeholders from multiple levels and functions.
• Work closely with the customer to capture product requirements/user stories.
• Create and maintain project documentation throughout the entire project.
• Maintain ongoing status reports of projects.
• Monitor project budget including expenditures and projections.
• Meet and confer with management, users, and contract providers to resolve problems and coordinate services.
• Actively contribute to problem resolutions; approves system changes and establishes project priorities.
• Coordinates projects and ensures adequate administrative controls, quality, and procedural efficiencies.
• Sets goals, establishes priorities, manages resources, develops concepts and approaches, reviews projects progress and results; makes project management decisions.
• Provides technical assistance on agency issues, services, program(s), and/or computer hardware and software, etc.
• Identify overlaps and gaps in processes.
• Create, coordinate and/or participate in testing plans.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other IT Project Managers.
• Participate in training and mentoring.
• Other tasks as assigned.
• This position will manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT projects.
• You will develop requirements, identify stakeholders and their needs and the following:Build and define project plans.

Establish staffing, resources and management support.
Establish the project’s critical path, resource loading, and levelling.
Estimate project costs and time requirements.
Manage change and keep the project on course and schedule.
Follow established PMO processes.
Monitor work progress.
Maintain ongoing status reporting.

• The chosen candidate will ensure the hardware and software meet the agency’s security requirements; create and coordinate testing plans, including accessibility testing.

Skills and Experience:

• The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience managing information technology (IT) projects, with an emphasis on AWS Cloud Services, Salesforce, data migration, IT infrastructure or application development projects.
• Experience with AWS Cloud Services and Salesforce.
• Experience with data migration projects.
• Excellent customer service and group presentation skills.
• Make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions.
• Establish objectives and specify the strategies and actions to achieve these objectives.
• Have a general understanding of information technologies including cloud computing, hosting services, and application development.
• Manage projects through the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Manage costs of resources and budget of projects.
• Speak clearly, concisely and effectively; listen to, and understand, information and ideas as presented verbally.
• Communicate information and ideas clearly, and concisely, in writing; read and understand information presented in writing.
• Coordinate the tasks of people, groups and/or organization(s), including follow-up on task assignments.
• Understanding of principles, theories and practices of meeting management; quality management; diversity management; conflict management; project management and administrative management.
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to change.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹50.00 – ₹55.00 per hour
