Experience / Qualifications
Analyze the current Sensata ITSM environment and propose automation whenever possible
Coordinate upgrades and changes to Service Now Instance
Troubleshoot system issues, investigate, and recommend permanent solutions and/or workarounds
Manage and maintain Service catalog – Create/modify Catalog items and workflows
Resolve incidents and fulfill service requests
