Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned requirements in a timely manner (Ensuring TAT/SLA) Conducts initial interviews by phone / In person to determine experience and skill level Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position Follow up with candidates & ensure warm call made for all candidates offered till joining Ensure appropriate paperwork is done every candidate References to be taken and checked for every candidate Stakeholder management Must have an Excellent command on written and vocal communication skills
