Required – IT person to handle school ERP. Must have advanced knowledge of computer software and must have experience in handling ERP.

ERP Handling:

· Includes Maintaining ERP and trouble shooting

· Assign Basic Configurations

· Add fee structure

· Admit new students

· Employee Management – Add / remove employee, Assign Academic access for a particular employee, Create login ID and password for employees.

· Library module

· Asset management

· Check attendance – students and employee. Configure with the Biometric

· Allocate Examination Template

· Coordinate with teachers and handle report card/ mark sheet generation.

· Configure fee rules.

· Update email ID for students

· Move students to nextclass / academic session.

· Troubleshoot the minor issues and coordinate withERP contact person.

Designing :

· Design School Magazine,News Letters, Brochures and Banners

· Use Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Canva etc.

Content Making :

· Make Video and Audio — educational content, support functions.

Robotics Work.

· Coordinate with Robotics Lab faculty.

· Inventory and stock maintenance.

· Inputs regarding curriculum, check on progress of same.

Monitoring job:

· CCTV monitoring

· Network and Internet monitoring and troubleshooting.

· Smart boards and IFT panels.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
