• Person should be able to do H/W troubleshooting on the place

• Handle daily technical support activities on desktop/laptop & workstation support & Network issue.

• Setup computers and install software for various applications and programs

• Working Knowledge of Windows OS( Windows 7 / Windows 8 / Windows 10) & Outlook.

• Working Knowledge of Hardware for Desktop/Laptop & Workstation able to address the issue.

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

• Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners.

• Server OS Installation & Configuration – Windows, Linux, Cent OS, ESXi OS & Windows hyper-V

• Windows Active Directory creation and migration ,Group Policy configuration

• VMware deployment & Configuration

• Windows Failover clustering.

• Person should have knowledge on HP products(Server,Storage,backup devices

• Server Hardware Installation – Mounting / Un- Mounting servers, RAID Configuration & Firmware up-gradation (Blade Server, Tower Server & Rack Servers, Break fix call knowledge ).

Skills:

Configuration Management: SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), AD (Windows Active Directory)

Incident Management Tool: HPSM (HP Service Manager)

Operating Systems: Windows 7/8.1/10/MacOS

Reporting Tool: PowerBi

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
