Operatinga scalable and robust BIS service in adherence to ITIL as a baseline for controls implementation in various domains, e.g. IT, Finance.
Responsible for the SAP BIS operations as a Service Owner including steering of external delivery partners.
Maintenance and further development of the SAP Business Integrity Screening (SAP BIS) platform and related integrations with other systems in our ecosystem.
Support identification and evaluation of complex business and technology risks as well as development of internal controls that mitigate risks and related opportunities for internal control improvements.
Where needed, provide ongoing support to internal and external audits as SAP BIS expert.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field.
Several years of practical experience in integrating and deploying governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions.
Excellent understanding of SAP’s Business Integrity Screening software or SAP’s previous GRC PC solution.
Strong technical experience in S/4HANA Cloud and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a benefit.
Basic commercial know how and understanding of running and providing a Service to Siemens customer.
Strong background regarding regulatory compliance and information security management frameworks (e.g., SOX, GxP, GDPR, etc.) – previous consulting or auditing experience in this field is seen as benefit.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in engaging with internal and external contacts.
Fluent in English.
Knowledge in the use of IT tools to support IT service management processes (incident, problem and change management) according to ITIL.
