Yourmain role is to develop and lead a diverse group of project managers and tosuccessfully execute and deliver your assigned strategic projects according toour Siemens Energy project management methodology.

YourProfile

You own a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering and/or IT/Computer Sciences, or related degree.

You demonstrate proven experience (5+ years) in managing projects in complex environments.

You have experience in managing teams.

Knowledge of Project Management methodologies. Certifications expected.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as strong analytical- and decision-making skills. The ability to adapt and efficient time management.

Ability to work and navigate in a multifaceted and international environment with many interfaces.

Willingness and ability to travel.

• Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills in English. German is a plus.

Yourresponsibilities

Leading a diversegroup of project managers.

Guide, grow anddevelop members of your team in their roles as project managers.

Resource planningand – management for and together with your project management team.

Gain deepunderstanding of Siemens Energy Project Management methodology. Foster itsfurther development and sustainable, global usage within the organization.

Oversee andmanage the project portfolio in your team’s area of responsibility.

Successfullyexecute your own assigned projects.
