Siemens Looking for Integration Solution Architect (f/m/d) at India Full Time

As Integration Solution Architect in the Department API Services IT APS API, you will enable Siemens to outperform competitors with Digital Business growth and profitability providing API & Software Platforms and Services. You will do so by driving reuse of APIs, and Event Driven Integration Patterns and enable scalable digital services for packaged business capabilities in all Siemens Business. Also, you will be the Integration Architect and Expert for Integration Solutions based on state of the art and cloud-based technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, MuleSoft, etc. You will enable Business to utilize Integration Platforms and reuse Integration Pattern in fully automated way in their processes.

Using your expertise, you will be responsible to Develop and evolve well-architected API and Event Driven Integration Services:

Provide Consulting and Solution Architecture for API and Event Driven integration patterns across IT Landscape and IT Units.

Develop state of the art Enterprise Architecture for Integration ensuring scalable and reusable Integration Patterns at Siemens AG.

Develop a well-architected Integration Framework jointly with IT APS Frameworks Team

Drive strategic initiatives for API and Event Driven integration across units including IT/Business IT and other Siemens Units to ensure faster business value generation.

Shape integration strategy jointly with Governance & Enterprise Architecture Management Teams at Siemens IT.

Provide scalable and well-architected integration solution platforms supporting API and Event Driven integration patterns, sources and targets.

Enable faster integration of external partners based on API and Event Driven Integration Services by driving automation and providing reusable integration solutions to enrich the API marketplace

Lead and manage complex change projects affecting internal and external partners

Develop repository of artifacts such as API Design Guidelines, API Best Practices, API Security Policies, Architectural References.

Enable other Architects in the Community to increase their understanding of API and Event Driven Integration.

Support the modernization of the solutions landscape, e.g., shift legacy applications and integration patterns to state of the art technologies (API ad Event Driven), such as Integration Services based on MS Azure, AWS, MuleSoft, Kafka, etc. and provide Lighthouse Projects as references

Manage demand and implementation of API, Event Driven integration patterns for internal and external stakeholders

Use your skills to move the world forward.

Successfully completed university degree in Information Technology or similar

Overall 10+ years of experience in a complex environment, working with multinational teams across the world

Longterm experience with building and managing emerging technologies and Integration Solutions such as API Management/ Event Driven Integration

Very good cloud knowledge of tech stack of major Hyperscaler & Open-Source Providers like Microsoft, Gitlab etc.

Managing of Large internal and external Teams, Acting with C-Level Stakeholders

Project Management Skills

Open minded and strong communications skills

Experience in Employee empowerment to act in Agile Teams

Experience in Agile Development of for Low/No Code Platform features

Experience in DevOps Environment and familiarly with DevOps Frameworks

Solution Architecture & Enterprise Architecture experience

Business Domain Knowledge, IoT, Production, Automation, etc.
