What are my Job Responsibilities?

You need to Support critical applications production and test environments with :

Excellent troubleshooting skills

Well versed with Software Development life cycle to work with developers

Hands on experience in windows administration, VMWare for troubleshooting and implementation

Understanding of all IT Process like Assets allocation, Change Management, Incident, DR etc.

Excellent knowledge of asset management and different tools used for the same

Good high level knowledge of different cloud technologies

Experience in interacting with multiple stakeholders effectively

Multitasking and good communication skills

Open to work extended hours , weekends as and when needed

What Makes me Eligible for this Role?

Good understanding of data center concepts, Patch Room and other related processes

Good understanding of network concepts (ports, DNS etc.) necessary for web applications

Technical issue resolution via any medium or using ticketing system

Install new releases, maintenance updates, patches as needed by different projects

Good Attitude and Learning ability for new technologies

Strong team player and be the face for external vendors of siemens.

Address any IT related queries for users and support them for quick resolution

Make suggestions for improvements to computer systems, backup data and perform data recovery as needed.

Capacity planning for Virtual machine, compute resources based on requirements

Deployment and configuration of applications in test labs

Proactive monitoring of business-critical systems and coordinate with IT support vendors for required support
