Siemens DISW IT is seeking a friendly, engaged, results driven Customer Support Specialist to join an international team responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing global web applications supporting key business processes in an extremely dynamic and complex environment. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for accurately responding to customer issues and performing QA on future release. We are looking for a strong, motivated, person who knows how to research issues and obtain an accurate analysis of the issue and supply an accurate and timely solution. The candidate’s main area of focus will be EMEA with additional coverage in AP and USA as needed. You will work directly with the business users, support analyst and developers. Must be available the last 10 working days of each quarter except for your specific holiday day(s). Working hours will be 11:30 am – 8:30 pm with the ability to work remote
