Background:
Siemens Financial Services (SFS) is globally rolling out new Contract Management System (CMS). As part of this roll out SFS India is introducing CMS for their country.
CMS project consists of
: SieSmart is inhouse developed front end tool which captures business partner details, asset & supplier details, transaction structure and credit decisioning along with disbursement. All this information is initiated from SieSmart and stored / acted in CMS. SFS India is using this tool since 2014 and global team is working for the upgrade of this tool.
This software will be used for life cycle management of the contracts (Loans & Leases) including collection and asset management, replacing the existing tool used. The project would involve checking on alternatives, carryout PoCs and then deployment, development of interfaces, data migration and post go-live steady state.
SFS India is looking for hiring consultants with different skill sets which are required to make this project successful. These consultants will be hired as off role consultants on time bound basis and will be closely associated working with project team & business team
Organizational relationships:
Overall responsible for implementation of CMS solution in coordination with Vendor IT team
Create an overall understanding of the business data and data flows across systems
Create requisite data structures and mapping across complex databases
Facilitate IT applications integration of CMS with various internal and external IT systems.
Ensure that team is delivering the tasks assigned to them
Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
Provide technical trainings that team members need, including hand-holding on database related topics.
Communicate clear instructions to team members
Gather and translate feedback from team members
Regular meetings with SME to Communicate team status, task accomplishment
Experience
Proven work experience as a team leader in IT projects
Prior experience of working on application migration projects on web-based platforms involving RDBMS.
Experience in setting up and integration of API platforms, Rest APIs, Flat file integration etc.
Technical expertise in database models with hands-on experience in working on RDBMS like Oracle/DB2 and SQL Server with in-depth knowledge of SQL queries.
Awareness of Cybersecurity and Information security standards. Experience on data security, integrity and confidentiality requirements for financial applications.
Candidate must have working knowledge of functioning of asset financing NBFCs
In depth knowledge of performance metrics
Experience in automated testing tool will be added advantage
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Fluent communication in English is a must.
Ability to coordinate and work with global teams spanning across multiple countries.
Ability to make quick and smart decisions under pressure
Must be a self-starter with ability to work in collaborative team environment
Strong dispute resolution skill and interpersonal skill to isolate problems
