Perform strategic data analysis and research within SAP & other data structures to support business processes and strategy and discuss results with team leads and customers. Process large amounts of data from multiple sources and extract relevant insights. Gather requirements from clients, customers or end-users and build predictive models & ensure the models are robust enough to be used in production

Working with the CSA3 customer on defining new requirements and change requests for the applications owned.

Provide 1st level support to our customers in alignment with CSA3 Product Owner team.

Identify and initiate improvement activities both application function / user interface and internal work process related.

Coordinating with testing team on User (Acceptance) Testing and System Integration Testing (end to end process view) and follow-up on identified issues.

Coordinate with CYS Team on updating and maintaining the Protection Concept and other documents like Data Protection Plan, Data Deletion Plan, BIA etc.

Coordinate with development team on the release planning activities.

Support customer on performing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Keeping the code repositories updated.

Grant permissions as needed to developers and testers on servers, DB, applications etc.

Work closely with IT Architects to make sure the new changes comply to the existing framework.

Work in agile mindset, familiar with scrum ceremonies and way of working.

Work with interfaces to make sure the connections work and the credentials are updated as per Siemens guidelines regularly.

Make sure the supplier is performing development as per Siemen’s development guidelines and peer review is conducted.

Check for vulnerabilities if any reported by Siemens and make sure the applications, environment, servers are updated to mitigate it.

Build the bridge between Assurance function and IT service provider and ensure efficient operations of CF A’s Audit IT Landscape.

Digitalization requirements are transformed timely and, in a cost, efficient manner in operational IT services for the Assurance Functions.

Service Focus of Central Finance

Data Driven Services based on our Assurance Data Lake (Audit Data, ERM, IC Data analyzed and visualized on one platform, Automation of Audit project related data analysis; SQL, Tableau are current main technologies applied).

Provide Application digitalizing Audit and Assurance Processes (SharePoint [online], ColdFusion and Mendix based applications operated in a DevOps similar setup).

You are an experienced IT professional who…

Lives Central Finance values and is willing to support assurance mission.

Is experienced (multiple years) with at least two of the technologies we have in our portfolio (Mendix, coldfusion, Office365, Tableau, SQL).

Has a track record of quickly learning and applying new technologies.

Is experienced in dealing with challenging customers (a goody is experience with senior management).

Has worked following agile principles and methodologies.

Understands the “big picture” and delivers highest quality work results as part of the team.
