Job Description:
Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience to create comprehensive requirements documents and user stories. They will collaborate with the development team, QA team, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Leading and undertaking Systems Analysis activities with multiple stakeholders for very complex, large-scale programs and initiatives for Financial Services and Alphabet.

Under general direction, responsible for formulating and defining the initiative scope and objectives, undertaking complex research and analysis to define solutions, support design and development through to leading system integration testing, user acceptance testing and implementation phases in line with the Agile Working Model (AWM). Being part of a BizDevOps Feature Team, able to create key Agile artefacts including user stories, creation of backlogs, estimating capabilities, and ability to be part of self-organizing team to deliver incremental change.
Support the development of Product including the formulation and definition of project scope and objectives, backlog and refinements.
Supporting the knowledge transfer into operations to ensure long term sustainability.
Under general direction, undertake complex research and analysis to independently develop requirements and solutions through having a thorough understanding of business requirements, IT systems and Financial Services industry requirements.
Determines and uses best practices to define effective solutions to meet business requirements and solve complex business and IT problems and issues including acting on the wider business implications of change to current and future systems.
Supports design and build functions within BMW Group and vendors to ensure that system design and development are aligned with requirements utilizing the AWM framework.
Lead and undertaken Systems Integration Testing activities to ensure the systems meet requirements and support multi-business stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing.
Support other business implementation work on the initiatives and lead implementation activities to ensure the initiative is successfully completed Work as part of a self-organizing team covering all key aspects of agile artefacts.
Support the selection and management of vendors to successfully deliver the products and services for the initiative.
Ensure work is high quality and undertaken efficiently and effectively, whilst adhering to BMW Group policies and frameworks including AWM quality standards and gateways
Complex multi-stakeholder landscape both on shore and offshore. Size, complexity, and speed of business change. Migration to standard solutions within a complex business and IT landscape. Adoption and application of BMW Group AWM framework to ensure initiatives and product changes are high quality, consistent and efficient.
Work in collaboration with multi-departmental business stakeholders and users, as well as IT technology specialists within the BMW Group including leading workshops, checking deliverables from Business Analysts and gaining approvals from stakeholders.
Engagement with centres of competence within the FG IT Group to maximize efficiency centres of competence and re-use of standard solutions.

Work closely with development team to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
Collaborate with QA team to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Communicate project progress and issues to business stakeholders.
Assist in project management activities such as resource planning, risk management, and timeline monitoring.
Provide support in user acceptance testing and defect management.
Conduct training and aid end-users during product implementation.
Continuously improve business analysis processes and methodologies
Support change management activities, including user training and documentation updates.
Participate in release planning and coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
Knowledge / Experience
Strong understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and best practices
Proficiency in creating comprehensive requirements documents and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Experience in collaborating with development teams, QA team, and business stakeholders.
Knowledge of agile and waterfall project management methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working in relevant industries or domains (e.g., finance, automobile, dealer, fleet)
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC, AGILE) processes
Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio)
10 years of related Systems Analyst and full project lifecycle experience including international cooperation.
5 years project management experience.
10 to 15 years experience within IT.
10 to 15 years experience within Financial Services is preferable, as well as relevant experience in the automotive industry
In-depth and formal qualifications in Business and Systems Analysis.
Agile, PRINCE 2 or PMP qualifications is desirable.
In-depth business knowledge of Financial Services is desirable.
Proven ability to operate in a complex legacy systems landscape and knowledge of BMW Group standard solutions.
