The Role:
Silicon Labs is seeking a Senior level IT infrastructure Engineer for its IT Infrastructure team who can provide top level support to ensure the delivery of services to user groups and ensures IT service is uninterrupted.

Role Specifics include:
Provide top level support and mentoring for system engineers and service desk personnel

Work closely with other senior engineers to ensure infrastructure architecture standards maximize efficiency and support platform compatibility

Assist with and manage infrastructure projects and programs

Work closely with the Silicon Labs SecOps team to ensure services remain secure and available

Excellent communication skills

Extensive work experience in global enterprise environment with diverse & global team members

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred (preferably in Computer Science, or information Technology / Engineering) ,with Relevant field experience.

Min 8-12 yrs of HANDs ON experience in enterprise level network security & engineering specific experience.

Windows Server Administration

Active Directory Administration, to include DNS, DHCP, GPO, ADCS

Azure Active Directory

PowerShell

SQL Server Administration

Co-located Datacenter Design and Operations

IPv6 – AD and Server Environments

Working knowledge of enterprise networking

Other Qualifications

Cloud Administration (Azure, AWS)

Structured and unstructured data backup and recovery

vSphere Administration

Okta Administration

Intune/SCCM Administration

MacOS knowledge

Linux experience
