Simplify Healthcare Looking for Manager – IT and Support at India Full Time

Role:
Design and implement hybrid and public cloud and private cloud infrastructure, administer cloud infrastructure, implement migration, leveraging virtualization, automation, and orchestration technologies in Microsoft Azure

Creates and maintains strategies related to Cloud Infrastructure and Cloud Services throughout the enterprise ensuring all performance and cost curves are closely managed

Responsibilities:
Managing Cloud Services including software deployment and upgrades, system setup, system administration, monitoring, incident resolution, problem management, configuration and change management, service desk, security management and monitoring, capacity planning, availability management, disaster recovery and routine update of services.

Provide day to day support of overall infrastructure including network, physical and virtual servers, and storage, maintain and support the integrity of the operating system environment and various computer systems, verify, and validate systems meet both operations and security requirements of the organization and SOC2, HiTrust complience standard .

Working with stakeholders to gather technical requirements, architect solutions, and execute on deliverables.

Required Skills:
Deep understanding of Networking, Firewalls, Packet filtering, NAT, VPN, DNS, Load Balancing

Working knowledge of at least one configuration management & CICD tool, such as Ansible, Chef, and/or Puppet, Jenkins and Azure Devops, expertise in PowerShell scripts

Experience with monitoring tools, such as Application Insights, Microsoft Operations Management Suite (OMS), certificates and SSL Management

Experience with Azure Resource Templates, RESTful APIs, JSON and XML formats is a plus, familiar with libraries like React, Angular

Good Knowledge of Microservices, such as Docker, Kubernetes, general understanding of .Net Framework and/or .Net Core preferred
