Sitetracker Looking for IT Analyst at Bengaluru, Karnataka Full Time

The Opportunity

Sitetracker is looking for an IT Analyst for our growing IT department. You will be responsible for setting up the technology for all new hires, formatting their equipment and training them on the corporate applications and security procedures. You will contribute to our global IT infrastructure such as, but not limited to: office hardware management, workspace planning for hoteling employees, Zoom rooms, conference rooms and networking equipment for both in-office and virtual employees to ensure that each Sitetracker employee is successful in their day-to-day job.

The Skill Set:

• Familiar with ticketing systems and the ability to contribute to processes where gaps are located
• Respond to IT tickets in a timely, professional manner
• Experience in hardware procurement
• Train new hires on computer set-up and Sitetracker specific policies
• Communicate and troubleshoot general IT questions/problems for a global workforce
• Troubleshoot and educate users on software systems such as Google, Microsoft, Slack, Zoom, Workspace one, Carbon Black, etc.
• Improve the IT posture of Sitetracker by communicating best practices to employees via emails, Slack notifications, newsletters, and other channels
• Maintain the asset lifecycle of Sitetracker laptops from procurement to end of life removal

Within 60 Days, You’ll:

• Complete Sitetracker Certifications and achieve full understanding of the Sitetracker platform
• Own the onboarding/offboarding process for all IT related tasks in APAC
• Contribute to the IT/IS repository in Confluence for documentation
• Ownership of asset inventory within APAC
• Lead on specific IT related projects within the region

Within 180 Days, You’ll:

• Maintain and update Sitetracker Security Applications such as VMWare Workspace One and Carbon Black
• Develop relationships with third-party vendors
• Develop an audit process and documentation for SaaS accounts where needed
• Account provisioning and deprovisioning within all internal applications

Within 365 Days, You’ll:

• Own the end to end IT process and procedures at Sitetracker to include onboarding, offboarding and support
• Evaluate current Sitetracker IT posture and provide continued Improvements
• Contribute to the company IT/IS Newsletter
• Continue to develop professionally and obtain certifications as needed
