Position: HR Recruiter / Talent Hiring

Experience: 2+ years

Location: ECR, Muthukadu

Job Description:

• Sourcing CVs from various channels such as referencing, company’s own database, Job Portals i.e. Monster, Naukri, indeed, and networking tools such as Linkedin.
• Understanding client requirements and deciding on the recruitment strategy.
• Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with department heads.
• Conducting Drives, Walk-ins and personal interviews.
• Preparing offer letters and job descriptions.
• Providing timely feedback to the client on their requirements and to the candidates on their interview.
• Coordinating with client for interviews of short-listed candidates, facilitating salary negotiation, following up, counselling thoroughly to ensure placements.
• Building a continuous rapport with client as well as candidates for a long-term association.
• Preparing and maintaining various MIS Reports like Tracker sheet, requirement and offer reports, to be sent to delivery heads and top management.

Employee Engagement like Fun chat, Fun games, Floor wise engagement, Birthday Bash celebrations etc..,

SPOC for all HR related query and concern. Coordinate Rewards and Recognition Program. Employee counselling like One on One connect, Focus Group Discussion. Conduct the exit interview and raise the separation process SPOC of Ex – Employee for FNF settlement Preparation of Various HR analysis report like attrition report, tenure report, diversity report etc.., Handled 4 members of HR team and their work flows.

Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
