Responsibilities:
Working off a Service Management ticket queue, ensuring high urgency tickets are prioritized.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Provide an accurate record of each call-in incident management tracking tool, and capture problem-solving process
Windows 10 and MAC OS installation and troubleshooting.
System Hardware and software installation and troubleshooting based on performance requirements.
Maintaining the Client applications to compliant as per the Security policies.
Network troubleshooting- slowness, trace routing, resilience activities support.
Printer and Scanner Installation and troubleshooting.
Office 365, Google WorkSpace products installation and troubleshooting.
Physical & Remote OS and applications troubleshooting.
Coordinating with the Network, Server and Security team and troubleshooting the on-ground/end user issues.
Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization.
Develop help sheets and knowledge base articles for end users
Coordinating with vendors to fix the hardware issues, Server and Printer devices.
Troubleshooting and installation of different VPN applications.
Managing all Assets Inventory – Desktop, laptop, Printers, etc.
WDS Image configuration on server.
System Re-Imaging and Decommission.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Experience with desktop operating systems including Windows and Mac OS
Extensive application support experience.
Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities.The Desktop Support role is to ensure proper computer operations so that end users can accomplish organizational tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostics and help request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give hands-on help at the desktop level.
