We are Hiring HR Recruiter (Non IT)

Experience: 2-5 Years

This role will directly interface with the India business. Working with minimal guidance this role will efficiently fulfil and the manage recruitment processes within the following areas:

Internal Recruitment

• Capturing the requirements from the respective business heads
• Sourcing the profiles from the job portals, social media, screening.
• Interview coordination and keeping the candidates warm until they join.
• Maintaining the respective trackers.
• Other HR duties as and when required.

Employee referral programs management:

• Publish the global and India vacancies on the respective platforms to attract the talent.
• Maintain the respective trackers with relevant information

Person Specification

• Proven experience in MS Office products, specifically with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks in a pressurized environment.
• Experience of working to tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• A team player who actives contributes in a flexible and adaptable manner.
• Able to communicate professionally at all levels, both verbally and in writing.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
