Responsible for installing and managing Exchange Servers.
Troubleshoot Mail flow, Queues, performance related issues of Exchange Servers.
MS Exchange Server administration and troubleshooting including Recovery & Maintenance of Exchange Database
Monitoring, troubleshooting and problem resolution of the Exchange infrastructure and services.
Experience in deploying custom Exchange features, service packs and solutions, performance/ capacity management of Exchange Servers.
Good understanding and troubleshooting skills on Mail flow architecture in Exchange 2007 and 2010.
Antivirus & Antispam protection of email infrastructure.
Good experience in Latest Exchange in high availability and disaster recovery
Knowledge in Active directory, DNS, DHCP, and related components
Extend technical support the Clients over email as well as phone.
Flexibility to work in 24X7 environment
